Gold World Resources dispatches Due Diligence Team to the Jin Yin Dong Gold Mine, Guizhou Province, China
Toronto,
April 12, 2010, Gold World Resources Inc. (GDW-TSX-V), (“GWR” or the
"Company") is pleased to announce the arrival of the SRK Consulting, Beijing
(“SRK”) team at the site of the Jin Yin Dong Gold Mine(“JYD Mine”). GWR recently
signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Guizhou Rong Huai Investment
Development Ltd. for the acquisition of the 100 tonne/day capacity, operating
gold mine. The
due diligence by SRK
is an essential part of the Company’s acquisition process.
SRK is mandated to prepare a preliminary independent technical assessment
report with the objective of upgrading the report to the NI 43-101 Technical
Report format pending a favorable outlook. A highly qualified team of 5
professionals has been assembled to complete this.
SRK provides independent expert advice and solutions for resource clients
requiring specialized services. For mining projects, SRK offers services from
exploration through feasibility, mine planning, and production to mine closure.
Formed in 1974, SRK now employs about 1000 professionals internationally in 36
permanent offices on 6 continents. SRK Consulting China Ltd’s Beijing office and
Nanchang office were established in 2005 and 2008 respectively to deal with the
increase in demand for SRK’s services in China.
The team consists of the following
individuals:
Dr.
Anson Xu, PhD, MAusIMM, is the principal consultant with a specialty in
the exploration of mineral deposits. Dr. Anson is the project manager and the
qualified person on the project.
Jinhui
Liu, Master, Senior Geologist (Mineral deposit) MAusIMM, has extensive
experience in geology and geochemical exploration design, resource and reserve
estimation for numerous metal ore projects.
Yonggang
Wu, MSc, Mining Engineer, has experience in mine planning and design.
His expertise is in mine modeling for operations on precious metal (Au), base
metal (Cu) and other non ferrous metal
deposits.
Niu
Lanliang, Engineer of Mineral Processing; finished the processing and
metallurgical assessment of several projects in Inner Mongolia, Guangxi and
others. 2005.
He has received his certificate as a registered appraiser for mine property
rights.
Dr.
Yanglian Sun, BEng, PhD, MAusIMM, MIEAust, CPEng, is a Principal
Consultant and is responsible for the peer review of this report to ensure its
quality.
The Jin Yin Dong Gold Mine project includes one Mining License covering
17.76 km², included in the Exploration Permit of 41.27 km².
